Fix Java based Applications that disable Windows Vista Aero Glass interface

In Windows Vista Aero Glass interface gives the Glass transparent look to windows and taskbar, which looks very beautiful. But whenever a java based application is launched a pop message on the task bar appears "The color scheme has been changed to windows vista basic" and while running that java based application you can't have the Windows Vista Aero Glass interface.
