Show F1-F12 functions in Microsoft Word

1.Start Word and go to Tools, Customize
2.On the Tool bars tab, check 'Function Key Display' option
At the bottom of Word a new line with F-keys and descriptions will appear. ALT or SHIFT F-key functions are also displayed in the toolbar when you press ALT or SHIFT.
