How to access mails of Gmail when your Office blocked the Gmail?

Google Mail indeed one of the most common and widely used web mail available on internet worldwide. This web mail has many features to be highlighted.
AUTO FORWARD is also one of the most unique features that Gmail offers to its user’s. This feature allows user to forward the mail received in the Gmail inbox to any other one e-mail address. Although this feature is available with other web mails as well but what distinguishes Google mail with others is that Google mail retains, in the inbox, the mail so forwarded automatically. And also doesn’t populate the sent items box with any mail so forwarded.
Whereas in other web mails, the mail so received is forwarded to new address and nothing is retained in the inbox as if no mail has been received in the inbox.

To activate this feature in Gmail just follow the following easy steps:
1. Click on the "Settings" on upper right side of the inbox page of Gmail.

2. Then select the "Forwarding and POP" tab.

How to access mails of Gmail when your Office blocked the Gmail?
3. In the first half of the page select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" and write the e-mail address in the space so provided.

4. At last save the changes by clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Now, Gmail is all set to forward all your incoming mails to the requested e-mail id of your choice from where you can easily keep a track of all the mails in Gmail and can even reply to those mails.

Google is working to produce its own brand mobile phone!!!

Google is working to produce its own brand mobile phone!!! Reports from various sources suggest that the web giant (Google) is developing a series of "GPhones", centered on its mobile services, such as search, e-mail and maps which would enable a cell user to utilize the full potential of the networks.

Google, In a statement, said it was working with carriers, phone makers and content providers to "bring its services to users everywhere". It also said that "What our users and partners are telling us is that they want Google search and Google applications on mobile, and we are working hard every day to deliver that."

Google has partnered with Apple to produce services, such as e-mail and maps, for its iPhone handset. Eric Schmidt, Google's chief executive, said recently that more Google services for the iPhone would be rolled out.

Reports have circulated since last year that Google was working with mobile phone manufacturers to produce a handset. The Wall Street Journal on Thursday said Google had invested "hundreds of millions of dollars" in the project and was involved in discussions with T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless. The newspaper said the company was seeking to grab a bigger slice of the increasingly important mobile phone advertising market. Market research firm eMarketer told the paper that the mobile ad industry would be worth $14bn (£7bn) by 2011.

Last month, Google said it was interested in bidding for wireless spectrum licenses in the US, which could be the first step towards running its own mobile network. Google said its interest was in ensuring that customers would be able to buy any mobile device to connect to the full capability of the internet. At present, wireless carriers routinely try to restrict which models of cell phones that can be used on their networks. They also often limit the software that can be downloaded onto them, such as ring tones, music or web browser software. Google Phone

Google Gears: Software to make Web work Offline

Google Gears: Software to make Web work Offline
Google has created a Web software that runs both online and offline, marking a sea change for the Internet industry by letting users work on planes, trains, spotty connections and even in the most remote locations.

The technology called Google Gears (BETA) would allow users of computers, phones and other devices to manipulate Web services like e-mail. online calenders or news readers whether online, intermittently connected to the web or completely offline.

Google plans to make the Gears technology available fro free as "open source" software, meaning other developers are free to use and enhance the software in their own products.

"The Web is great but it doesn't work very well when you don't have a Web connection" , Jeff Huber, Google's vice president of engineering said in an interview. "Google Gears addresses a functional gap on the Web".

By bridging the gap between new Web services and the older world of desktop software, where any data changes are stored locally on user's systems and with Google Gears, Google pushing the Web into whole new spheres of activity. Install Google Gears
